Observation tower is introduced to provide panoramic view on the lake and surrounding forest and serve as a lighthouse as well.

New trade-office center for Benetton Corp. is a place for comfortable work and shopping in the city center of Tehran. Combination of K.Malevich’s Architectonic composition and Le Corbusier’s Modulor delicately unite new volume with surrounding buildings, and use of media-facades make it colorful!
