AQ-F213 Feeder protection IED The AQ-F213 feeder protection IED provides optimal perfomance for medium-voltage (main) or high-voltage (back-up) protection, control and monitoring applications. The IED integrates a multitude of protection, control and monitoring functions with measuring, communication and extensive diagnostics information in one compact package. The fully modular construction gives AQ-F213 a high level of flexibility: additional I/O or communication cards can simply be inserted into the IED according to application needs. AQ-F213 is developed using the latest technologies which provide more options for protection engineers. The IED’s maximum usability is guaranteed by its many features, such as graphical interfaces, a highly customizable HMI, storage for supportive documents, as well as extensive user log data. The AQtivate configuration and setting tool is powerful but easy to use, and it is provided free of charge. AQ-F213 communicates using a variety of standard protocols, such as the IEC 61850 communication standard for substations.
