THINGS HAVE BEEN HOPPING AT THE BAILEY!
March was a busy month at the Bailey. We had 2 sold out shows
(Irish Rovers and The Harpoonist and The Axe Murderer). We were a
venue for About Time Productions We Are Monsters, as well as a
wedding reception and birthday celebration. A fun time was had by
all at the Fun_Raiser with Godfrey Blaque and at The Bailey
Buckaroos, as well as The Rose City Roots Music Society shows. The
Bailey Theatre is the place to be!
Heres a taste of whats coming up:On May 8, The Bailey Theatre
and Tishs Fashions and Finery are pleased to sponsor a special
evening for Mothers Day. The evening starts with a delicious dinner
at 6:30pm, catered by Prairie Oven. Prairie Oven has been wowing
people in the Camrose area with their delectable food! Pamper your
palate with this prairie cuisine. Then sit back and enjoy the
wonderful sounds of the Battle River Big Band. This band is
guaranteed to get your feet tapping with their upbeat sound.
Tickets are $50.00/person and are available at The Bailey Box
Office or www.baileytheatre.com. If you already have supper plans,
a limited number of $25.00 tickets are available for seating in the
balcony for the Big Band show only. Get your tickets soon; theyll

Friday the 13th is supposed to be bad luck, right? Well,
sometimes, bad luck is the best luck youll ever have..
The Bailey Theatre Society and Rose City Roots Music Society are
pleased to welcome back Punch Drunk Cabaret on Friday, May 13th for
the launch of their upcoming new CD! Camroses favorite outlaw
rockabilly steampunk swing band hasnt performed in the Rose City in
over a year! The new CD is their third full length CD, featuring 10
tracks. The directive on this CD is to capture the manic,
aggressive energy of the live show onto a studio album. The
yet-untitled album will be the first to feature drummer Capt. Sean
E Watts, as well as Bandmeister Randy Bs newly found baritone
guitar.
This is our lucky day to have our hometown favourites back to
rock on! Tickets are $25.00 (students $15) and are available at the
Bailey Box office or online at www.baileytheatre.com. The show
starts at 8pm, the doors open at 7:00pm. Get your tickets soon;
theyre guaranteed to go fast!

The Bailey Theatre Society presents:LISA BROKOP
THE PATSY CLINE PROJECTIts unusual in fact, some might say very
rare for an artist to have an enduring musical career. In a day and
age when most artists barely flicker for a moment before fading out
of the spotlight, Lisa Brokop has spent 20 remarkable years
singing, songwriting and performing. As one of the most nominated
and award-winning female vocalists in Canadian country music
history, Lisas career includes eight studio albums, more than a
dozen Top 40 radio hits and certified gold record sales. As a
resident of Nashville, TN for the last two decades, Lisa has had
the opportunity to immerse herself in the amazing history and
traditions of country music. From the Ryman Auditorium to Tootsies
Orchid Lounge, Lisa has followed in the steps of many of the true
legends of country music. Inspired by those who played such a
significant role in the creation of the genre, and in particular
the grand dame of country music, Lisa is proud to present Lisa
Brokop: The Patsy Cline Project. Known for one of the most
recognizable voices in Canadian music, Lisa has long been admired
for her incredible vocal abilities. She is truly thrilled about
using her voice to pay tribute and interpret the classics of Patsy
Cline in this all new presentation.
