AN ACT to grant further supply and to appropriate andapply out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund certainsums for the service of the year ending 30 June 1993and to appropriate the Consolidated Revenue Fundfor charges during the year ended 30 June 1992under the Treasurer's Advance Authorization Act1991.

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:
Short title1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (ConsolidatedRevenue Fund) Act 1992.
2. This Act shall come into operation on the day on which itreceives the Royal Assent.
Issue and application of moneys
3. (1) There shall be issued and may be applied as supplygranted to Her Majesty for the year from 1 July 1992 to 30 June1993 the sum of $1 455 491 000 from the Consolidated RevenueFund.
(2) The sum referred to in subsection (1) is additional to thesupply granted by the Supply Act 1992.
Appropriations
4. (1) The sum of $4 355 491 000 granted by this Act and theSupply Act 1992 as supply to Her Majesty is appropriated fromthe Consolidated Revenue Fund for the purposes and servicesexpressed in Schedule 1.
(2) The sum of $70 720 647.69 expended from the Treasurer'sAdvance Account in 1991/92 to make payments of anextraordinary or unforeseen nature chargeable against theConsolidated Revenue Fund during the year ended 30 June 1992is appropriated from the Consolidated Revenue Fund for thepurposes and services expressed in Schedule 2.
