n Production Balancing: The error factor is calculated as Theoretical Production / Production and is applied to all logs contributing to the production. Theoretical Production = Stock Change + Shipped + Consumed - Received

n Consumption Balancing: The error factor is calculated as Theoretical Consumption / Consumption and is applied to all logs contributing to the consumption. Theoretical Consumption = Stock Change - Shipped + Produced + Received

n In both cases the contributing elements can be 0 or missing, e.g. when a material has no production, or a material is never shipped etc. The calculated stock will always be equal to Start Stock + Production + Received - Consumed - Shipped
