Beyond a boutique store front on busy Glenhuntly Road lays a cosy neighbourhood haunt that comes to life when dusk settles.

With French Louis lounges and an early 1900s feel flames from candles and the open fireplace lick at the darkness to the strains

of heartfelt blues, peppy swing and electro jazz. Our extensive range of fine wines, craft beers, premium spirits and seasonal

cocktails along with knowledgeable staff and good old fashion hospitality, provide the perfect setting to unwind over a drink and

enjoy a fabulous night out, making it the perfect place for holding your next special occasion or corporate function.

The Antique Bar is perfect for cocktail parties, birthdays, wedding receptions, corporate functions, engagements, anniversaries, Christmas parties, product launches, and just about any celebration you care to think of. Hours of Operation Monday/Tuesday: Available for Private Functions Wednesday/Thursday/Sunday: 5pm till 1am Friday/Saturday: 5pm till 3am The Antique Bar is not available for Private Functions on Friday Nights. Management is happy to open the venue earlier by request, please speak with our Function Manager. There are a number of ways in which you may hold a function at the Antique Bar.

OPEN FUNCTION Whereby you come in with a group of friends whilst the bar remains open to the public, there are no room hire fees or minimum bar spend requirements. You simply advise us of the number of guests that you are expecting and at what time they will be arriving. Seating can be reserved on the night for you and your guests by request. We have three rooms available under this option:

The Library - A cosy room with a fireplace, this space suits functions with less than 25 guests.

Wine Room - Close to the main bar, this great space gives you & your guests ore room to mingle. Suits parties of 20 & above.

Courtyard - Alfresco drinking at its best, weather protected with heating for the cooler months. This space can be hired exclusively for large group bookings & can accommodate up to 40 guests.

PRIVATE FUNCTION COTTON CLUB First floor private function space that can accommodate up to 70 guests & is perfect for cocktail style functions. Intimate, cosy & full of character it features a service bar & powder room.

MINIMUM SPEND REQUIREMENTS Wednesday/Thursday/Sunday: By request Friday: $1000 Saturday: $1500




ENTIRE VENUE (UP T0 120 GUESTS DOWNSTAIRS – ADDITIONAL 50 GUESTS UPSTAIRS) Whereby you have exclusive use of the entire venue from 5pm till 1am, the venue can be hired exclusively Saturday - Thursday. Extended exclusive hire is available up until 3am by negotiation on Saturday nights. We do not charge a room hire fee, however we require that you or your guests meet a minimum level of liquor purchases to host a private function. If the Minimum Bar Spend outlay is outside your budget, then why not offset it by having your guests pay their own way - or some of the way? Under this option a credit card must be held at the bar, should you or your guests not meet the minimum spend then the difference will be charged to your credit card at the conclusion of your function. A $350 deposit is required to secure your booking for Private Functions.

Management is happy to open the venue earlier by request and on Monday & Tuesday nights, please speak with our Function Manager.

ENTERTAINMENT When hiring the venue exclusively a speaker system is available to plug in your own MP3 Player. Live entertainment can be arranged at your own expense but must be kept to background music. A small dance floor can be provided on request.

BAR TABS & DRINK PACKAGES Want to shout your guests to a few drinks? We can organise a Bar Tab for the night. You’re welcome to choose from our

extensive range of beers, wines and spirits. Guest’s beverages will be charged to your account throughout the function. Our

Function Manager will keep you informed throughout the event as your nominated maximum limit is approached. Beverage

Packages are also available on request.

CATERING The Antique Bar has a range of catering options to suit your event, from cocktail style finger food, to more substantial items.

These must be pre-ordered by the Monday prior to your function. Your also welcome to bring your own nibbles.

We also have the following items available to be purchased on the night over the bar- Cheese Platters, Charcuterie Platters,

Dips, Pate & Terrine & Pizza.

CAR & PARKING There are a number of options for parking your car near the Antique Bar with ample off-street parking, as well as a free multi-

deck car park located on Horne Street only 200 meters from the venue.

Food of any kind is not permitted to be bought into the venue by the client or guest without prior arrangement with the Antique Bar.
