• There is description, somehow it is not clear how the resourcescorrespond to the needs of the students within each academicprogramme and whether they allow achievement of thelearning outcomes

• There is some description of the information managementsystem, however, it is not clear how the university ensuresvalidity and reliability of the information collection and uses thatinformation in decision-making.
