CUSTOMIZED DECORATIONS GUIDE

Starting from 600 pieces we can customize any Anfora item for your business; these pieces may be a combination of different items, for example: 200 plates, 200 cups and 200 bowls.

These are the steps to follow:

Request a quotation

Select from our catalog the items you wish to customize and let us know what’s on your mind (colors, graphics, logos, borders, etc.). Our sales agent will prepare a quotation based on your requests and if there are any further adjustments in items, quantities or designs, the quotation will also be updated.

Sketches

Our design team will work on digital sketches to help you visualize how your items will look like. This process can take up to 1 week depending on the complexity of the design; it is important to e-mail us the digital vector files in Illustrator or in high-resolution bitmap.

If you have not yet fully defined the set, our design team can help you define it and make some proposals based on your concept. These sketches are mailed to you for review and approval. If you want to make any changes or see more options, this is the time to request them.

Sample elaboration

Once the sketch is approved, we proceed to make a physical sample for approval, taking a piece of the tableware set to prepare it. It will be ready in 15 business days.

Sample Approval

As a customer, before starting the production you will have to authorize the sample with your signature.

Manufacturing Order

With the approved sample, the order is placed with a 50% advance payment. Being a unique order, we must guarantee the purchase. The average delivery time is 8 to 10 weeks and you should consider a + 5% variation in additional or missing pieces due to the firing process.
