ALLPETRO pumps are designed specifically to reliably move crude oil and related products of

virtually any quality:

Three-spindle “single end” pumps are ideal for smaller and medium flow volumes. With these

pumps you can cover a wide pressure range of up to 160 bar. If you need less pressure but larger

flows, then “double end” pumps will be the right choice. Two-spindle screw pumps are

particularly insensitive to contamination such as sand, rust, paraffin and salt or gaseous oils.

Additionally, their viscosity range is so broad they can even pump water or similarly thin oil

products just as reliably and efficiently as thicker materials like crude oil.

Redundant double units ensure virtually 100-percent availability and make maintenance and

service easier.

The common trait of all ALLPETRO three-spindle screw pumps is their universality. These

pumps are just as reliable as they are economical when moving crude oil and derivatives.

These pumps can handle nearly all of your applications thanks to:

greater than 10 bar.

Additional special features:

Gas or air in the pumped liquid will not affect the performance of ALLPETRO pumps. They

require neither ventilation nor special equipment for such liquids.

ALLPETRO pumps can also move liquids with viscosities above 150 cSt/700 SSU without

sacrificing flow volume. And they do not need heating or greater drive power to do it.

ALLPETRO pumps work uniformly, even at high temperatures, which is essential when

moving materials like liquid sulfur.

The spindles in ALLPETRO two-spindle screw pumps run without metal contact; therefore, oil that contains gas or water

components, slightly volatile oils and mixed-in sand or other similar contamination, will affect neither the pump's service

life nor its pumping characteristics. As a result, the pumps can run dry for a short time without incurring damage. These

pump units are capable of resolving even the most difficult pumping tasks:

uPumped liquids at high temperatures (as in asphalt plants)

uIn plants that need low NPSH values for pumped liquids with very high viscosity
