This is adventure year #3 and Boppa came along to help too…he got some of the extra special duties like pounding sand down and squirt gun wars! Nolan and I also showed him where the Train Park is and where all the sewers are including the giant sewer…Boppa was very impressed to say the least. Currently Nolan likes doing things by himself and his favorite thing to say to Gagie is “my can do it myself.” Callen is growing like a weed and is the happiest baby in the whole wide world…thank goodness!!! We also snuck in a quick trip to see our son and daughter-in- law who now reside in Indiana along with their three dogs, cat and Hamilton the pig…all the animal grandkids seem to have adjusted just fine. Back at the yarn shop I’ve been told things are running smoothly and lots of new yarns and accessories have been arriving.

Paula completed her second Heaven & Space asymmetrical shawlette/scarf using Shibui’s Staccato. When using a solid color and blocked flat you can really see the pattern…the one below, is the first one Paula completed and has a rushed look.http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/heaven-and-space

Tuesday morning Leslie finished this elegant scarf in Shibui Twig and the pattern is free at the shop with purchase.

And Sunday afternoon Rebecca finished her Bubblewrap Cowl using Madelinetosh DK.http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/bubble-wrap-cowl-2

Joan recently stopped in to show off some of her Tot Topper hats while purchasing another handful…and Lynn sent us this cute picture of what she calls her “zoo!” These hats are so easy to make in a variety of sizes and so incredibly cute as you can see! New stock arrived Tuesday!
