The Air Force Integrated Personnel and Pay System is a Total Force system that will integrate military personnel and pay processes by streamlining human resources and financial management processes. Simply put, AFIPPS is improving upon and expanding MilPDS by ‘turning on’ more functionality available in its core platform, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
