    Mechanism/Norms & Procedure for democratic/good Governance

    Each department has a class committee for each class consisting ofstudents representative and staff advisors to review the academicmatters of the concerned class. Besides, for each department astudents' association is also present headed by the Head of the

    Department to carry out the academic and other activities.

    Student Feedback on Institutional Governance/faculty performance

    Feedback from the students on the performance of the teachers isobtained every semester on a graded scale and results are communicatedto the staff concerned with relevant remarks.

    Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students

    A staff and students Grievance Redressal Committee exists in ourCollege. The Committee looks into the grievances of both staff andstudents, whenever they are reported to the Committee.
