Expert system is a computer program considered to ape the problematic-solving performance

of a social who is an expert in a slim area or discipline as well. An expert system is generally

collected of an information base, implication engine, and the end user border.

Consequently the expert system is unique sort of Artificial Intelligent, which is a

classification that usages or employments human information and allocate a PC to resolve

problem that typically need human skill. It simulates or copies the expert’s intellectual

procedure to solve the exact faults. For purpose that one and only of the most commanding

characteristics of expert systems, is the capability to clarify reasoning as well. Meanwhile the

system recollects its logical cable of intellectual, an operator might ask for a clarification of a

reference and the system will show the issues it measured in providing a specific reference.

This point improves operator self-reliance in the approval and getting of the expert system as

well. There are a number of explanations for operators to use expert systems that I mention:

1. to reservation the information. The aim why is, the information is previously in the system.

If there is something occur with the knowledge, the information will not going to vanish.

2. To aid operators, when publics are anxious about the finances and price increases, they can

3. Extra goal why they usage the expert system is to train first-hand staffs. It decreases the fee

The expert system, which our assignment group is announcing, is created on conserving the

information. This classification is for learners who are finishing their Foundation Programme

at the similar period still have not yet selected their gradation major and do not know from

witch person they must go to request for information.

To answering this problematic, our assignment group came up with the awareness of aiding

the learners to choose their degree level major established on their foundation course and its

modules as well, and also established on the majors which UCTI has available now.

The purpose why this organization needs is, when learners done their Foundation Program

they are not unquestionable that from witch person they can get enough info, and who should

help them and many other things as happened usually.

If UCTI has this structure, learners do not have to go for a conference with persons who is in

charge in student service, as a replacement for learners should just start the structure, and if

they have any difficulty or if they do not belief in the structure, then they can go and take

more assistances from staffs that are responsible.

Aids of Expert System

The aids of this Expert system are this structure can help the learner to choose the major after

they done foundation, and assistances administrator’s operates to buy time and work more

professionally, as a replacement for of speaking similar thing repetitively to different learners

as well.

Consequently the Expert System requests questions from learners about their comforts what

they choose to do and grounded on their goods, the system gives information to learners.

Here are some others aids of Expert system that we mention:

answer, so that they will recognize or get knowledge how the system will start.

Consequently designers cannot choose the whole thing by themselves, they have to meeting

All these developments are expensive at all, and if the system is not able to answer the

problematic, the operator will not going to usage the system, the designers will be just missed

Goals of the system are to aid learners and for being available to use of learners. The system

is capable to talk with learners and ask inquiries about their comforts, and based on their

comforts the system gives idea to the learners which degree major they should select in their

bachelor degree level in UCTI as well.

The purpose why is, there are an allowance of foundation programme’s learners who are

disordered to select what they are going to education in degree level. Consequently the

system offers learners occasion to save time.

As well as learners, student service will get the aids from the structure to save their time.

The domain expert of our system was MS.salbiah. She is the learner service supervisor, and

he aided us a lot to get as much info as thinkable about the Foundation Programme as well as

Degree Level in UCTI.

Users

Giving to the determination of system, the system will be profitable to used by UCTI’s

Foundation Programme’s learners, who want to carry on their degree level in UCTI at the

We have talked the problematic by well-informed covering and exploration all the info that

might controller the learners to choose their fit majors. After the learners have done the

foundation, they turn out to be confused and a ration of Inquiries come to their mind for

instance Is this major what I really in to? After I proceed, Will I get an Occupation which I

wish to be or not.am I comfortable in this particular subject?

Due to the need of a more communicating and capable way to get info about the degree

progresses which providing by UCTI and support learners to choose their major as well, we

were capable to grow an communicating expert system that is talented to monitor the learners

to choose their fit majors and gives Notions to them about their upcoming occupation how

will be rendering to their courses as well.

As a result, we tried to get a ration of info about the progresses, what is image of each course

and how to aid the learner to take what they are really in to. We are going to catch our figures

from changed several resources such as questioning with MS.SALBIAH and also we get info

from UCTI brochures all over the world. We had conference with MS.SALBIAH and we

understand from him a ration of info because his place in the College, he is one of the UCTI

operates who answerable about learner’s recording.

found out that we have a brilliant considerate about Degree Levels in our university.

The UCTI university flyers do an important character in aiding us to get info about

Foundation and Degree level in UCTI University. The presence of Flyers is the core source,

where we can precedes the vital info the UCTI University Degree and Foundation.

The UCTI collage flyers contain of all the complete info’s of Foundation, then our group has

recognize there are 3 ways in Foundation level, which are Route A, and Route B as well as

Route C. Therefore, since the flyer, we understand which degree major you are accepted to

study as you like more and be contingent on which course you were learning in Foundation

level.

Then the flyer was certainly valuable for us, so that we can gather all the significant and

essential info and offer them with moral clarifications, and we changed the descriptions into

learner’s interests, so that the system will be able to advise learners their degree major

grounded on their attention and interest as well.

Through the procedure of acquiring the info of the Packages in UCTI University, our group is

the system in upcoming.

some sort of feeling such as when the operator type or talking sad story she will display her

feeling same with happy seconds as well.

With the aid of our advanced system, the UCTI’s Foundation Program’s learners will be able

to get service and information for taking their degree major, and also UCTI learner service

operates do not have to agreement with learners who have not yet definite what to take in

their degree level as well.

The projected systems will assistance the UCTI University to offer better

facilities to its learners and operate. This sequentially will be able to develop gain of the

UCTI collage, and can take more learners to the college, and aid the academia to market them

in this reasonable market place as well.

As well, the projected system will make learner service relaxed and more
