Agile Estimation with Planning-Poker1.Each team member receives one
set of cards in one colour.2.The product owner reads out one
product backlog item.3.The team asks questions and

4.Each team member selects an estimation card and puts it face down on the table.
5.All cards are turned simultane-ously.
6.The different estimation values are discussed, with focus on the most extreme values.
7.This is repeated until the estima-tions level to one value that all team members can live with and support.
