IN THE MATTER OF APPROVING A PETITION FOR VACATION OF A PUBLIC ROAD

WHEREAS, in the manner required by Section 228.110 RSMo. Craghurst, LLC and Tim’s House LLC (collectively, the “Landowners”) duly filed their petition to vacate a public road being all that part of Denny Lane, a public road within the Municipal Township of Calvey, at the intersection of the easternmost point of the tract of land deeded to Craghurst, LLC as recorded in Doc. #1810917 in the office of the Franklin County Recorder of Deeds and its intersection with Willow Ford Road running West a distance of approximately 1,235 feet; thence South a distance of approximately 925 feet; thence Southeast a distance of approximately 135 feet where said road intersects Willow Ford Road, as described on Exhibit A and depicted by the hachure marks on Exhibit A-1 attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein; and WHEREAS, there are no other users of the road easement desired to be vacated; and WHEREAS, no objections to the vacation were made or presented by any interested party as defined in Section 228.110 RSMo. at the hearing; and WHEREAS, it is determined by the County Commission that the vacation of the public road as described herein is in the best interest of both the petitioners and Franklin County. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the petition filed by Craghurst, LLC and Tim’s House LLC and the undersigned twelve adult residents of the Municipal Township Calvey is hereby approved and that the road depicted on Exhibit A and Exhibit A-1 is hereby vacated. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the original copy of this Order be submitted to the Franklin County Recorder of Deeds for recording and after it is recorded the original shall be returned to the Franklin County Clerk. At the time of recording a statement for the cost thereof shall be sent to Steve Maritz, Manager of Craghurst, LLC and Tim’s House LLC, 5059 Willow Ford Road Robertsville, Missouri 63072. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Order shall be provided to Steve Maritz, as Manager of Craghurst, LLC and Tim’s House LLC; and Franklin County Planning & Zoning.

IN THE MATTER OF APPROVING THE CONSENT AGENDA AND ALL THE ITEMS LISTED THEREON WHEREAS, in the course of the daily operation of county government certain routine actions are necessary; and WHEREAS, certain of the routine items referred to above involve either the issuance of licenses, the receipt of funds or the authorization of accounts payable and/or abstract of fees; and WHEREAS, the approval of such routine matters can be approved through the use of a “Consent Agenda”; and WHEREAS, in order to afford a better record of what has been approved through the use of the Consent Agenda it has been determined that it would be appropriate to pass a commission order weekly which approves all items contained in the Consent Agenda. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED by the County Commission of Franklin County that the Consent Agenda for April 07, 2020 addressing the below listed items is hereby approved, to wit:
