Most of the time its usually the current year in question.
Step 2 Enter in the credit card that was used for the order.
Step 3 (Fill out just one section) If the customer has a fixed
charge, enter that charge amount in the first and second box. If
they give you an average amount, set a dollar range by putting a
small amount in the first box and bigger amount in the second For
the Authorized Date, do the same thing as the above but use
dates.
