    Informations:

    Packing:

    Product comes in specially designed

    laminated bags which is moisture

    resistance and package comes in

    usually 40kgs bag design.

    Quantity Coverage:

The addition of 3-4 litres of water to a

40kg bag of ACC Bagcrete according to

    the site requirements & workability

will produce around 18 litres of

concrete, enough for a rectangular slab

    measuring 500mm x 500mm x 75mm

    or its equivalent.

    Mixing Instructions:

    Concrete Mixer

    1. Put most of the 3-4 litres of water

per 40kg bag of ACC Bagcrete dry mix

into the mixer bowl and start mixer.

    2. Gradually add ACC Bagcrete dry mix

    while the mixer is rotating.

    3. Add the remaining water only if

    necessary.

    Hand Mixing

    1. Empty the ACC Bagcrete dry mix bag

into a wheelbarrow, bucket or at

clean surface. Measure 3-4 litres of

    clean water per 40kg bag.

  • 2. Gradually add the water in stages,

mixing thoroughly with a spade or

similar after each addition of water.

    3. Check on the consistency of the

concrete. Use no more water than is

necessary to allow the concrete to be

    easily placed and nished.

    Guidelines:

    Once receiving the materials at

site in bags, handling the bags

    plays an important role in

    deciding the desired required

    parameters of both fresh

concrete mixes and as well as

    hardened properties. Proper

storage is a must and always

keep the bags in dry & covered

space preferably in a shed & do

    keep the bags away from

    moisture attack or open

    environment susceptible to air.

This attains the shelf life of up

    to 8weeks.

    Mix the concrete thoroughly to

    a uniform colour

    and consistency. Addition of

    excess water reduces strength

    & durability of concrete. Use

    cold water during hot weather

    conditions & warm water during

    cold weather conditions to keep

    the concrete temperature at 10-

    32 degrees while placing.

    Place the concrete carefully and

    compact thoroughly.

    Finish to the desired texture,

    taking care not to

    over-trowel the surface.

    Protect the concrete by keeping

it continually moist for at least

    7-12 days.

    Safety Instructions:

Use Proper PPEs while using to

    avoid respiratory disorders,

    Skin Irritation or contact with

    eyes.

Keep out of Reach of Children

Use two people to lift the bag

    during working to avoid back

    strain

    Quality Assurance:

    The product confirms to BIS

    specifications & standards. Aggregates

    used confirms to IS:383, cement

    confirms to IS:12269, water confirms

    to IS:456:2007, Admixtures confirms to
