Joey’s idol, the iconic Super Hero, “Captain Atomic” is turned into a hapless puppet (named AP) that can only be activated when he’s placed on Joey’s hand. The “fusion” of Captain Atomic and Joey creates a new hero named “Atomic Puppet.” This freak accident fulfills Joey’s life-long dream of having super powers…kind of.
