The average worker bee lives for 4-6 weeks, not quite long enough to be an expert on every flower within the 4 mile radius that bees will forage. But as a result of great communication skills, that flower knowledge is passed along from bee to bee. Since the majority of our team members have worked inside ministries prior to Five Q, we depend on that experience to give us a head start on understanding the complexities of your organization. We can be confident that our process works because our clients continue to return, year-after-year, some since we started. We work with mission focused organizations and are passionate about Kingdom building.

Without teamwork we wouldn’t have flowers. A single honey bee can’t survive on it’s own, but through systematic communication and collaboration a colony of bees can pollinate acres of land. In much the same way, it takes a special harmony to create efficient solutions across the density of the Internet. Over the years, our team members have become experts in their niches. It reduces costs by laying out a clear road map for a website: designers, programmers, and content creators can use the information architecture to guide their work. This makes the final website easier to use because all the information is clearly presented.

CREATIVEDESIGNA website’s design is the first thing visitors see when they come to a website page. It is both what your website looks like and how the user interface behaves for visitors. From a purely visual standpoint, web design will seek to balance iconography, photography, typography, and user interface design. Fundamentally we believe that a web design is a “user interface.” It’s not just a picture; it’s a piece of software users interactive with on the web.

CUSTOMPROGRAMMINGCustom software is written specifically to solve a unique problem. The best custom software is written collaboratively with the customer. In this (and our) approach, the software is built around the customer’s problem, instead of the problem being forced into the existing product. Since custom software cannot normally be reused, it is often more expensive. This is something to keep in mind when asking for customized software solutions for your needs.

THE RESULTS: Three weeks after the site launched, Joni announced that she had cancer. The site experienced a 14-fold increase in traffic in less than 24-hours without measurable drops in performance. Website visits have doubled from an average of 1000 per day to over 2000 per day. The site has developed a loyal audience, with the number of repeat visitors more than doubling since launch. In addition the bounce rate has dropped by about one-third and the traffic from search engines has grown by 86%.

THE NEED: Making disability ministry accessible to all users—within fixed budget constraints.

THE RESULTS: The TrueWoman and Lies Young Women believe blogs increased drastically. The True Woman site has grown over 100% since 2009. Web revenue in 2010 increased 296% with donations up 100% through web in ’08 – ’09. Significant gains in their "30-day challenge: subscription. Facebook strategy proved vital for conference promotions.

THE NEED: Revive Our Hearts needed an ongoing web partner that would be able to develop a comprehensive communication plan, working with all their media channels to continue to expand their reach, strengthen donor relationships, increase revenue, and get things done.
