Execution of Mega Projects: EPC vs. EPCM

Presenter: Ashok Kumar, PMP

Overview Executing industrial mega projects, such as refineries, pipelines, oil sands projects, petrochemical complex, power plants and steel mills, are a complex endeavour. Such projects include many activities, require many resources and a huge investment, take a long time to execute, and often include complex technologies.
