AA Certified Branding Guide
We would like to protect the use of the AA Certified branding to keep its integrity and what is stands for. Let’s protect it together.
First, a bit about terminology. AA Approved; this is a legacy term from older schemes and car dealers, please distance yourself
from this terminology. Instead, always use ‘Certified by the AA’ or ‘AA Certified’ to represent the certification you have now gained.
The certified branding assets should not be used by you in print or printed onto any items. This is to ensure there is no confusion
surrounding what has been Certified by the AA, and to keep the message clear to your customers and the public.
We will soon be launching an eshop where a range of approved branded items can be purchased for use in your garage.
A guide to using your branding assets and protecting the AA brand.

Certified Stamp & BadgesFor use on your website and social media
We have created the Certified stamp and badges so that you can promote your association with the AA on your website and social media.
Positioning the stamp and badges To ensure the best visibility of the Certified stamp try to display it above the fold. A good position for the badge is in the top header of your website or social media page so that visitors to your website will see it straight away. Why not create a link from the stamp to a new page on your website to tell potential customers what your certification is about. Asset sizesThe Certified assets should always retain their original dimensions.
Try to keep your stamp no smaller than 110px wide, and the badges no smaller than 150px wide.

Of course we want you to shout about the fact you have gained certified status on social media and in local advertising.
Try to make the post that you are including the stamp or badge in just about your AA Certification.
Try using the stamp and badges within images and posts for offers you might be running to leverage the AA brand.
Remember to include when you became AA Certified within the post.
Please note that any social media activity relating to the AA should not use references to free breakdown.
