1. PROVIDE TEMPORARY/REMOVABLE 3/4" PLYWOOD ENCLOSURE AND FRAME SUPPORT SYSTEM WITH WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE ON TOP OF THE CMU RETAIL VENTIALTION SHAFT. RETAIL TENANTS TO BE ABLE TO REMOVE TEMPORARY ENCLOSRE AS REQUIRED TO INSTASLL ANY REQUIRED EQUIPMENT.
2. ALL RETAIL CMU VENTILATION SHAFT TO EXTEND 24" ABOVE FINISHED ROOF (=/- 5'-6" FROM ROOF TRUSS BEARING POINT). GENERAL CONTRACTOR TO COORDINATE WITH ROOF TRUSS SHOP DRAWINGS.
3. TPO WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE SHALL EXTEND ALL AROUND THE CMU VENTILATION SHAFT AND ON TOP OF CMU.4. PROVIDE ROOF CANT AT INTERSECTION OF CMU VENTILATION SHAFT AND TOP OF ROOF.5. PROVIDE FALL PROTECTION ANCHORS SYSTEM TO COMPLY WITH 2015 IBC AND OSHA WALKING-WORKING SURFACE AND PERSONAL PROTECTIVE
EQUIPMENT FALL PROTECTION SYSTEM.6. ROOF ANCHORS SYSTEM TO BE DESIGNED FOR A MINIMUM 5,000 POUND UNLIMITED RATE LOAD.
