Data entered in a form are added to the underlying table. Most forms are more user-friendly for adding records.

• Start a new record by clicking the New (blank) record button. Some forms automatically open to a new record.
• Enter the data in the first field. Press Tab or Enter to move to the next field. The form design determines the tab order.
• Press Tab or Enter to start another new record.
