BOAT YARDS

Our wide range of products and the different cutting-edge solutions we incorporate in our projects encourage us to work with the aim of being the reference model in this sector.

We design projects to build pontoons for recreational or fishing boats, from small infrastructures like boat yards, slipways, mooring elements with buoys… to complete premises or marinas with all the necessary services for vessels of any length. We also make studies, without any obligation, on how to optimize the present premises to improve them with new spaces or services.

We offer functional and innovative solutions, including integral projects for refurbishments or a new construction of your boat yard. We build custom-made equipment for boat yards management (boat lifts, transporters, cradles, dry docks…). We also offer our clients the expertise of our technical department for the design and development of the premises and equipment that better suits the requirements of their project, as well as for the remodelling and refurbishing of the present premises, to improve their use of resources and the output of the facilities.

Our gangways have a structure which is composed of different profiles of aluminium alloy (6005 A T6), specific for marine environments. At the leisure port Juan Carlos I, one of our biggest achievements can be found, a gangway of more than 40 meters of length, which fulfils the essential requirement for disa-bled people: always having slope lower than 10 degrees, regardless of the tides. The gangways are locked to the docks by means of mechanical or chemical bolts (epoxy resin without styrene)We also offer the possibility of building nonstandard gangways, either articulated or fixed.

CONCRETE PONTOONS

Our reinforced aluminium pontoon modules are composed of different profiles, with a matrix exclusive to YPMarinas, manufactured of aluminium alloy (6005 A T6), which is specific for marine environments.The modules are joined by means of elastomeric dowels, with a steel mesh core, and stainless steel fasteners. We also offer the possibility to build nonstandard modules, like in angles or even customized for each client, either with or without allocation for piping.

Our concrete pontoons have been designed by specialists with extensive experience both in hydrodynamics and concrete structures. We offer the possibility to manufacture custom-made pontoons, according to the project and our client demands.They are built in a wide range with the purpose of adapting to the most demanding working conditions.Custom-made pieces can also be manufactured upon request, for special configurations of our clients (angles…). They are also accessible by vehicles.

The walkable aluminium fingers have a structure composed of different profiles of aluminium alloy (6005 A T6), which is specific for marine environments.Our fingers are finished with a polyethylene corner, which has been specially designed to absorb the vessel impacts. They can be also attached to the pontoons by means of elastomeric dowels, with a steel mesh core, and stainless steel fasteners.Fingers can be built upon request with or without floor compartments, and we can also manufacture nonstandard elements for them.

Our Fingers allow the placements of a practical system of compartments to store different items such as hoses and cables. Offering more useful and organized space for users. This option also saves time and facilita-tes the work of the marina maintenance team.

Our cleats are forged in aluminium alloy (L2653-60), specific for marine environment, and with stainless steel fasteners, which are hidden to avoid wearing out the material by friction.

The cleats have a unique design which allows them to uniformly distribute the stress on the aluminium trail. Their improved design also makes mooring easier. They can be also have a logo upon request.

SEAFLEX is an elastic mooring system that allows flexible and safe mooring, which does not affect the sea bed and requires very low regular maintenance. The progressive elongation enables a smooth dampening effect, adjusting itself with the water level fluctuations. The amount of rubber hawsers and their length depend on the forces taking place: water level variations, wind, waves, currents and depths.

Helix anchoring system is screwed inside the sea bed, and allows reducing the environmental impact due to anchoring to a minimum. Traditional mooring with concrete blocks is avoided,as the chains create dead spots.It offers versatility and a great capacity to be used as permanent anchorage, and it is also recoverable.The fastening strength is greater than traditional mooring with concrete blocks or anchors. Even in short anchoring, necessary for overpopulated bays, they keep the fastening strength.They stay in their initial position and they do not damage the sea bed as there is no dragging. The system has been tested in extre-me weather conditions, and it has proven completely reliable.
