FSP KPIs/Metrics - considerations• What are we measuring?

• Must be comparable• Do we split KPIs by flooring sector• Do we include non-manufacturing operations? E.g. distribution

and installation?• Same reporting periods• Use metrics to set future targets and report against these• BRE Material Profiles LCA methodology already used across flooring

sectors – measure product performance• Are we attempting to create something similar at a

company/sector/industry wide level??
