ELIGIBLE PLAYERS: All players of clubs affiliated through their National Associations to the

BADMINTON WORLD FEDERATION

Participation in the Czech Junior International Orlová 2016 shall be restricted

to players born in 1998 or later.

Entries must be submitted no later than Tuesday, 18th October 2016 at 23.59 BWF HQ time (GMT +08.00).” minimum number of entries: “It is required that every event in a particular BEC Junior Circuit tournament has at least 8 competitors (i.e. actual competitors, not merely entries). If the required number of competitors is not met, this particular event shall not count towards any ranking.”

CLOSING DATE: 18th October 2016

ENTRY FEES: 30,- € for single, 25,- € for doubles per player.

The Member Association that enters a player/pair into a BE Junior Circuit

tournament is responsible for paying the entry fees for that player/pair. The

entry fees become due if a player is entered and has not been withdrawn by

the Member Association by midnight local time on the closing date. It is

recommended that the entry fees are paid by bank transfer, but the organisers

can accept cash payments at tournaments.

DRAW: The draw will be carried out by Badminton Europe

PRIZES Material prizes

ACCOMMODATION: Should be ordered together with the entries before 22nd October 2016

PAYMENT: All payments must be done cash at the accreditation and in Euro only

(we don’t accept credit cards etc.).

INSURANCE: To be arranged individually by participants.

CONDITIONS OF PLAY: The tournament will be played in full accordance with the Laws of

Badminton and Competition Regulations as adopted by the BWF as well as

the Regulations of the Badminton Europe Junior Circuit 2016

In the events of any dispute, the Referee’s decision shall be final.

Competitors must be prepared to play at the times quoted in the order of play

for the events for which they have entered.

Competitors will be scratched if not ready to play when called. Therefore

competitors should not leave the playing area during the tournament without

the Referee’s permission.

Advertisement and Clothing Regulations: According to the BWF

Competition Regulations reg. 19 to 23.

VISAS: “After entering a player(s) in the tournaments it is the Member Nation’s

responsibility to secure visas for their players – if this is needed. Make sure

that visa applications are made early enough. The Tournaments Organisers

will have to do everything possible to enable the entered players to get a

visa.“

The requirements for accommodation will be satisfied as much as possible. The organizer has the authority to

make any changes in accommodation if necessary in order to arrange accommodation for all teams.

All hotels are without a breakfast! (Only Hotel Sport Karvina has an accommodation including breakfast.)

Hotel bills have to be paid to the local organizer before the championship, immediately on the arrival

MEALS:

Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served in the Restaurant Silvie – cca 300 m from Sport–hall. Meals will be

for € 15,- per person and day ( €5,- breakfast, € 5,- lunch, € 5,- dinner ). The first meal will be lunch on

Friday 18th, November 2016.

TRANSPORT

Location:

Orlová lies in district of Karviná, near the boarders with Poland and the Slovak Republic.

It is 20 km far from Ostrava which is a city situated 400 km from Prague.

By car

- from Prague : Motorway E 50 – direction Brno, motorway E 462 – direction Olomouc, from Olomouc

direction Ostrava, from Ostrava direction Karviná, Orlová lies between Ostrava and Karviná.

By train

- Railway Prague - Main station (Hlavní nádraží) - Ostrava – Main station (Hlavní nádraží)

By air

- There is regular air connection between international airport in Prague and local airport in

Ostrava – Mošnov.

Transport by car from local airport Ostrava – Mošnov to the hotel will be arranged by organizer.

Requirement for the transport must be made in advance (€ 15,- per car - the price for one way, maximum

4 person in the car).
