Training System

Data Required

Is prepared in the master training system

User ID and Passwords for course participants

Create users LO100-00 to LO100-20 for the course participants using transaction ZUSR (from template user PM_LEVEL2) with password INIT.

User ID and Passwords for instructor

Instructors should logon as user LO100 with password INIT. This user already exists in the master system.

When logging onto the system both the instructor and the course participants automatically will get a user menu which is controlled by collective role Z_LO100.

Workplace

Workplace demos can be shown by the instructor via user LO100. This user is designed to work both in the R/3-system and in the workplace.

Course participants will not use the workplace in the exercises. They only work in the R/3-system via the user menu or the SAP standard menu

Use the following URL to start the workplace:

http://igwxx.wdf.sap-ag.de:1080/scripts/wgate/sapwp/!

where wxx stands for the workplace server; i.e. if your training system is f.ex. T75, you would use

w75 as the workplace server.

IMPORTANT: when logging on to the workplace make sure that you change the password (init) to the same one that you use in the R/3 training system. Only if the user data on both the workplace system and the R/3 training system are identical can a transaction be executed.
