Storekeeper Portal – Functions & GadgetsThe Storekeeper Web Portal is used to perform the following tasks:

Manage Part Requests: Review requests from your local inventory storeroom Take action on each transfer requests

Request Management Tabs for the Current Location - Allows you to review and manage different request types Pending Parts Requests - this will be all the incoming requests coming to your location. You would do this after parts transfer. Pending Commercial Requests – Not used in the field Notify Requests - Not used in the field Ordered Requests - Not used in the field

Click on the Requests button to view your incoming requests from other field locations.Example shown below indicates 1 Pending Request needs to be reviewed and determined if it can be approved.

Storekeeper Portal Overview – Pending Parts RequestsColumn Descriptions:Type - is the type of Request. Types would only be transfer from to the field locations. Qty Avail? - indicates what qty is available to know if you can fulfill the part requests. Qty looks at qty available at the location. If the Qty Avail? – N, the qty is not available. If the Qty Avail? Y, the qty is available for the Request.Request ID – is the Request #Qty Reqd - Qty Requested by the person requesting your stock items. Qty on Hand - This is the actual Qty you have on hand at your locationQty Staged - This function would only be used in the Ames whse. Qty on Order - This function would only be used in the Ames whse. Qty Committed – this function would only be used in the Ames whse.

You will need to check the box for the line item you wish to action the request. For Checked Items, Action list provided in the drop down, if you approve the transfer request, select SEND PARTS OUT. If you or deny the transfer request, select DENY REQUEST. Click on the Process button.

This is your current location if you have inventory location.

Note: This is only an transfer request to move inventory items from one storeroom to another.

Storekeeper Portal - Pending Parts Requests - Table ViewsThe Request Management page is a table that allows you to move columns, resize and hide if needed. These changes can only be done by the user doing the changes.

Changing the view of your Table:Move a column, click on the column heading, drag the column to the location you want to go to. Resize the column width, click in between the columns, where you see the white line, a double arrow will appear. Take your mouse and move to the size you want. Column Views - To see the Table Options shown below, right click anywhere in the blue heading.

Storekeeper Portal - Pending Parts Requests If you have more than one Request you can select all Requests at once by checking the box in the first column in the blue heading. This will check all Requests.

.Part Request Action for Checked Items: Set Notify Flag - Notifies the customer that a part is ready

to be picked up. This is a default setting. Issue - Issues the part to the work order, not used for the

field. Order - Starts the purchase order workflow, not used for

the field. Clear Notify Flag - Clears a previously set Notify Flag. Assign To - Assigned the request to a warehouse clerk for

picking and preparation for shipping. Not used for the field **Send Parts Out - Initiates the transfer to another

storeroom **Deny Request - Allows the location to deny a part

request and cancels the Request.

Storekeeper Portal Overview – Part RequestsParts Requests – Select the Send Parts out. The action field should fill if you selected this on the previous page. If this does not fill in, click the drop down and select Send Parts Out if you approve the part movement. Once you select action type, you will go back to the Request Management screen and the Request(s) will be gone. The transaction is complete, the part requests will be available for pick at the requested location.

Print Pick Report is only used for Ames whse.

Storekeeper Portal Parts Request- Define A FilterIf you want to filter the Requests you can do this by defining a filter. This function will be used by Ames whse mostly.

If you want to create a filter, click the Define Filter button.

Storekeeper Portal - Define Part Request FilterIf you want to filter parts, you can select fields to filter by. Once you have selected the fields, click on Apply Filter.

Save Quick Filter as – allows you to save a filter by naming it. Put a name in the box, click the Save button. Reset Filters button – will clear any filter created. To start a new filter, you will need to reset the filter.Cancel button - works similar to the back button. It will take you back to the Request Management page.

If you Save any filters below. These saved filters will be shown above. You can remove filters by clicking on the filter, then click the Remove button.

Storekeeper Portal - Define Part Request Filter- Clear Filter

Note:You still have a Filter. You will need to click on the Clear Filter to remove all filters.
