Dear Valued Colleagues, On behalf of Emirates Plastic Surgery Society (EPSS) and International Society of Plastic&Regenerative Surgeons (ISPRES) Orginizing Committee, we invite you to participate in the 3rd Emirates Plastic Surgery Congress (EPSC) & 6th ISPRES 2017 Congress to be held in Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Dubai-United Arab Emirates on 17-19 November, 2017. 3rd EPSC & 6th ISPRES 2017 Congress offers you a dynamic opportunity to strengthen your organization’s exposure to a target audience of more than 500 delegates comprised of surgeons, clinicians, nurses and allied healthcare professionals from the region and all across the world with an interest in Aesthetic, Plastic & Regenerative Surgery. v Live Stream Surgery Session 8.250 USD There will be live stream surgery sessions on 17th November, 2017 between 08.00-13.00 in the main hall. Sponsoring company logo should be placed in the presentation screen in TV channel format. The 4 banner / roll ups will be placed in the main hall during the session.

HOSPITALITY SPONSORSHIPS

Lunches will be served as open-buffet at the exhibition area. Sponsoring company/companies can place flags & logo printed napkins on the service tables (upon the approval in writing of the Organization Committee). Flags should be provided by the sponsoring company/companies. Sponsor/sponsors of the lunches will also be announced in the Program Book with the company logo/logos.

v Coffee Breaks / 17 – 18 – 19 November (each) 2.000 USD

8 (eight) coffee breaks will be served on the course days. Sponsoring company/companies can place flags & logo printed napkins on the service tables (upon the approval in writing of the Organization Committee). Flags & logo printed napkins should be provided by the sponsoring company/companies. Sponsor/sponsors of the coffee breaks will also be announced in the Program Book with the company logo/logos * This option is available for multiple companies. v Faculty Dinner / 17 November 2017 8.250 USD

An exclusive dinner will be held on November 17, 2017 for Invited Faculty, Executive Board of EPSS&ISPRES and Organizing Committee IN VENUE .Logo of the sponsor will be printed on dinner invitations and branding materials will be hang or placed at dinner venue. It will be an opportunity for your executive officers to meet with for invited faculty, executive board of EPSS&ISPRES and organizing committee.


TECHNOLOGY SERVICES

v Audio Visual Equipment 2.750 USD Sponsoring company logo will be placed on every single AV eqipment to be used at the main hall. Sponsor/sponsors of the AV equipment will also be announced in the Program Book with the company logo/logos, as well as with a separate slide on the screens before each separate session.

v Slide Control Room & Internet Corner 2.750 USD Logo(s) of the sponsoring company/companies will be used as the computer screen backgrounds and the corporate website of the company will be set as the homepage of the browsers (at the internet corner). Sponsoring company/companies logo(s) will also be placed on the signage to the slide control room and to the internet corner. Branding units (should be approved by the Organization Committee in writing) may be placed at the slide control room and internet corner.

v Congress Mobile App 3.500 USD A special app for mobile devices will be prepared fort he congress. All sessions, schedule adn notifications will be able to followed via this app. Sponsoring company logo will be placed on background of the mobile app. All notifications will be sent with sponsoring company logo.


EXHIBITION BOOTHS - 01 General Information

1- The exhibition hall is Safinah Ballroom. Any other promotional desks and/or activites outside this area are strictly prohibited.

2- Standard booth areas are set to 4 sqm, 8 sqm, 10 sqm, 12 sqm and 16sqm.

Booth areas will be provided in the exhibition hall. Exhibition booths will be provided as space-only base for Diamond, Platinium, Gold and Silver Sponsors. Cnidus PCO&DMC will only provide the techinal services and equipment stated in the Technical Information section of this document. Any other equipment or service, exhibitor companies might need or would like to use, will be provided by the Cnidus PCO&DMC (upon the written inquiry of the exhibitor).

3- Booth selection will be done by the exhibitors on “first come, first serve” basis. No reservations will be accepted. Selection of the booths shall be completed in writing, via the form below.

4- Exhibitor companies will be provided free company representative

registrations upon the details above in sponsorship details . For the number of company representatives, exceeding the quotas mentioned above will be subject to the payment of “Company Representative Registration Fee”s, as stated below

5- Company Representative (Personnel) Registration Fee: 1.300 AED / person

EXHIBITION BOOTHS - 02

1- Services for exhibitor companies Cnidus PCO&DMC will provide, regardless

of the size of the booth area are: - One congress bag & all course documents for each exhibitor company - Coffee break and lunch service on exhibition dates

2- Inquiries for food & beverage services at the booths (for the guests) should be made in writing to Cnidus PCO&DMC, latest by October 30, 2017. Due to Venue rules and regulations, bringing food and/or beverage to Exhibition area is strictly prohibited. Venue will not accept any inquiries for food & beverage service. These services will be organized and charged to the requiring company only by Cnidus PCO&DMC


Technical Services

1- Diamond, Platinium, Gold and Silver Sponsors shall use their own booths at

the above mentioned booths areas, with a maximum height of 3.0m, a strict measure for all exhibitors. Heights exceeding this limit are subject to a charge of 1.500 AED / mt. and should be declared in writing with the below form, before the congress. Exhibitors requiring to use standard booth shells or extra equipment should inquire the items in writing from Cnidus PCO&DMC These extra standard booth shells and/or extra equipment are subject to exclusive pricing.

2- Each booth area, regardless of its size, will be provided three standard

chairs, one standard table, the right to use electricity. Requirements to use industry-type electricity and/or any other technical services should be sent to Cnidus PCO&DMC in writing, latest by October 30th, 2017.

3- Since Jumeirah beach Hotel does not have sufficient storage

areas/facilities, exhibitor companies should arrange storage for equipment & material packaging outside the venue.

4- Any porterage requirements inside the congress/exhibition hall should be

inquired from Cnidus PCO&DMC in writing, latest by October 30th, 2017. Porterage services are upon exclusive pricing.

5- Cnidus PCO&DMC provides security only for the congress venue in general.

Security or insurance for the exhibited systems & materials should be provided by the exhibiting companies.

6- All equipment & materials to be exhibited & used at the booths strictly shall

be forwarded as to be accepted only by the company representatives, to be delivered only on the setup date of the exhibition. Cnidus PCO&DMC and Jumeirah Beach Hotel administration will definitely not accept any delivery.


IMPORTANT DATES EARLY BOOKING & PAYMENT DISCOUNT Sponsors & exhibitors those complete all the respective procedures including full payment until June 1st, 2017 will benefit a discount of %10 of the total fees to be paid. IMPORTANT NOTE: Above mentioned discount does not apply for joint sponsorships & exhibition space bookings, course & company representative registrations and accommodation sponsorships Delivery of Printed Materials:

Any printed material to be provided by the sponsoring companies (flyers, lanyards, logo printed disposable cups, napkins, table flags, etc.) should be delivered to Cnidus PCO&DMC latest by October 30th, 2014. Assembling & Breakdown of the Booths (TBA):

SPONSORSHIP & EXHIBITION GUIDELINES - 01

1- Cnidus PCO&DMC is the only designated service provider for all of the sponsorship & exhibition procedures related with the ISPRES ‘EPSC Congress’. No other person/company or association, including ISPRES, EPSS Board Members and Organization Committees of the courses may be involved / has not been authorized to interfere in the business processes.

2- All sponsorships will be confirmed upon the “First Come, First Serve” principle. No reservations will be accepted, although no sponsorship & exhibition will be confirmed unless the contract & full payment is received by Cnidus PCO&DMC

3- All inquiries about sponsorships should be done in writing to Cnidus PCO&DMC.

4- Sponsorships, regardless of the content, should be confirmed by Cnidus PCO&DMC, upon the receipt of the contract & full payment of the respective fee. In the case, if the contract & full payment is not received within the mutually scheduled date, the respective sponsorship option will be available for other companies, without any further notification.

5- The sponsoring companies & exhibitors list in the Program Book will be prepared in the alphabetical order.

6- Company representatives, regardless of the content of the sponsorship & size of the booth area, definitely will not be allowed to participate the scientific sessions.

7- Company representatives shall definitely wear their name badges within the congress venue, especially at the exhibition area. Persons without name badges will not be allowed to enter the exhibition area.

A fee of 1.000 AED will be charged for re-printed name badges (if forgotten & lost)

8- Setup & dismantling of the booths should be scheduled & organized to be completed on the dates specified to be announced.

9- Since Jumeirah Beach Hotel does not have sufficient storage areas/facilities, exhibitor companies should arrange storage for equipment & material packaging outside the venue.

10- Exceeding of the maximum sizes stated in this document, especially the height of 3,0m will definitely not be allowed, if not declared with the form below & if the respective fee is not paid. Violation of this rule results as dismantling of the booth and re-setup to fit the given measures.


SPONSORSHIP & EXHIBITION GUIDELINES - 02

1- All equipment & materials to be exhibited & used at the booths strictly shall be forwarded as to be accepted only by the company representatives, only on the setup date of the exhibition. Cnidus PCO&DMC and JBH administration will definitely not accept any delivery.

2- Each exhibiting company will be indicated in the floor plans, placed at the entrance

of the exhibition area and inside the exhibition area, according to the booth number. Exhibitor companies will also be listed in the Program Book in alphabetical order.

3- Any promotional acitivity outside the exhibition area is strictly prohibited. 4- Inquiries for food & beverage services at the booths (for the guests) should

be made in writing to Cnidus PCO&DMC, latest by October 30th, 2017. Due to Venue rules and regulations, bringing food and/or beverage to Exhibition area is strictly prohibited. Venue administration will not accept any inquiries for food & beverage service. These services will be organized and charged to the requiring company only by Cnidus PCO&DMC. Service of any food and/or beverage without permission will result as on-site invoicing of the service fee/menu prices of the Venue, by Cnidus PCO&DMC.

5- No commercial and/or informative posters and/or pictures, flags shall be

hung, glued or nailed on the walls of the venue without approval of Cnidus PCO&DMC.

6- Any physical damage resulting from incautious behaviours/acts of the

company representatives (and/or subcontracters assigned with setup & dismantling of the booths) shall be inspected by Cnidus PCO&DMC and Jumeirah beach Hotel management, reported in writing and definitely shall be paid by the exhibitor company with the Jumeirah beach Hotel invoice.

7- Sponsors & exhibitors are not allowed to use the graphic identity of the

courses for thier own announcements, without any prior approval of the organization committees.

8- Guidelines declared above will be valid for all sponsors & exhibitors,

regardless of the content of the sponsorship package & size of the booth area.
