1. am." directe~, to refer to your letter No. CHQ/ AIAIASP / AIC[aipur/ Amendment/Xlle dated 18-02-2016 on the above mentioned subject and to informyou that the Government has provisionally approved amendments to the followingArticles in the constitution of All India Association of Inspectors and AssistantSuperintendentsPostswhich were approved in the 39th Biennial Conference.iheld on 13th& 14th February, 2016 at [aipur. The all1ended version will now be read as under.-

Proposed

Article 5 : (Membership)(i)All officials in the cadre of Inspectors

Posts, Assistant Superintendent Posts,Postmasters, Deputy Postmasters, SUbjPost Masters in HSG I (Inspector Postsline), all the officials (Inspector Postline) officiating in Postal Servic~Group i'B' on ad-hoc basis and AssistantManagers working in MMS .

(ii) The members of the Circle Associationshall be Ex- officio members of the

Article 38: (Subscription)The monthly subscription shall be Rs. 50/­(Rupees Fifty only) per member, payablemonthly through check off system bydeductions from the salaries by Drawing &Disbursing, Officers (DDOs) @ Rs, 50/­(Rupees Fifty only) per month. However, incase of new members, they can exercise theiroption in the month, ,of April and deductionof subscription @ -Rs. 50/- (Rupees Fifty,only) per month will be made by the DDO'concerned from lSI July of that year. Entirededucted subscription, will be remitted tothe Circle Branch. 40°,{,of the subscriptionwill be allocated to CHQ and the remaining, 60lYotoCircle Branch (by Circle Secretary).
