two points are connected. There aretwo kinds of lines the straight
lines and the curve lines. Curve linesare wavy and spiral. A line
can be thick, thin, wide, or narrow.Types of straight lines are
horizontal lines, vertical lines, diagonallines, and broken
lines.Geometric designs are designs based on lines or simpleshapes

: Visual TextureCode A3PL-Ic : Appreciates that artists create
visualtextures by using lines, dots, and colors11THINK ABOUT
THISStill life drawing is one of the processes in showing
onescreativity. We can use cross hatch lines and pointillism to
producevisual textures. Cross hatch lines are marks of two or more
sets ofintersecting parallel lines while pointillism is a technique
done byapplying small dots to a surface to form a picture. Our eyes
can only determine visual textures; they cannot betouched or felt.
We distinguish the texture of the object in apicture by looking at
it.BE CREATIVEStill Life Drawing with Cross Hatch Lines and Dots1.

artist makes objects appear bigger and smaller in his/herdrawing
depending on their placement or position in theforeground, middle

because theyappear to be in the front and nearest to the viewer
while objectsin the backgrounds appear smaller for they are far

only a pencil, black crayon, ballpen.THINK ABOUT THISSketching is a
fast way to record observations of what yousee. These lines and
forms are often simple but beautiful. On theother hand, drawing is
usually considered more of a finished piecethan a sketch. This
generally means that a drawing will containmore visual details than
