Madhya, Jabalpur No.1225/Confdl./2021/ll-3-1/2021, dated 27.12.2021 is conducting

Refresher Course for the Civil Judges, Senior Division on completion of five years judicial

service from 17.01.2022 to 22.01.2022 through physical appearance, which is now being

conducted online and other modes of te[ecommunication instead of physical

appearance. Judges, whose names and postings figure in the endorsement are directed

to attend the aforesaid Course.

(ii) to make available verified list of participants who attended the programme oncompletion of the course directly to the Academy for issuance of participationcertificate

(iii) to direct System Officers/System Assistants to provide necessary technicalsupport for seamless connection of participant Judges with MPSJA and othertechnical requirement to the participant judges at their end during the course

(iv) to ensure that necessary arrangements are made at the District Headquartersas well as outlying station (if any) for convenient online participation ofnominated Judges.

(v) if any of the participant Judges are unable to attend the Course from thedistrict court campus due to the protocol to be followed in accordance withthe COVID-19 guidelines, they may be allowed to attend the course fromher/his residence at the headquarters and under such situation, the

participant judges be provided desktop/Iaptop computer hardware available inthe court or in spare with internet facility through suitable device at her/hisresidence for the purpose of aforesaid course.

(vi) a budgetary allocation of ` 1250/- per person has been made to theconcerned Principal District Judge for meeting necessary expenses likestationery, photocopy, tea & refreshments etc. during the Course.
