Description of Existing Conditions
• The current wall is common brick within poured concrete pillars
• Current sign is 480”x336” and printed on vinyl mesh with reinforced hems and grommets attached to galvanized wires, clips and angle brackets attached to the brick with approximately 68 existing penetrations of ¼” tapcon screws
• The new project is OFF-PREMISES advertising. We have applied to the city for a permit and are currently gathering the necessary details, and permits
• Replacement is required because advertisers will be changing copy as they purchase space.
• The new materials for the sign faces changes will be consistent with existing
Application Specs of Current hardware. Penetrations approx. every 2’ (68) around perimeter (rendering is a depiction of what is existing)
