Ministry School class of 2020 will transform your life and increase your impact as a leader.
This prospectus explains how you can be part of this incredible adventure.
Looking back over the past 2 years since we launched the new upgraded format of our Ministry School Every Nation Southern Africa (ENSA) there is a real excitement and hunger for reaching the lost and going to the Nations. Visit THIS LINK to get a taste of what you will be part of. We are convicted by Ephesians 4 where God defines the purpose of the five-fold ministry in a short paragraph, to “equip the saints for work of ministry”.
Our approach is comprehensive: we focus on developing leaders with strong theological foundations and practical ministry skills. In addition to personal learning, you will be part of a dynamic ministry student community. During your time at the Ministry School, you will establish significant relationships with other ministers called to reach Africa, Europe and beyond with the gospel. We are excited about our partnership as a spiritual family pursuing God’s call together we are better.
God Bless,

WHAT

METHOD OF LEARNINGTraining is delivered through three platforms to ensure maximum learning:
Training provided by Ministry School Every Nation Southern Africa is founded on relationship and mentoring. Online learning is done with a mentor from the local church selected to take the students through the curriculum. This Mentoring must include leading the students through the material and provide essential support to them as they process the curriculum. a series of interactions, tutorials, application and assignments. Mentorship is also used to build on and guide the student through the Leadership 215 Core Curriculum (the minimum global theological standard) for ordination in Every Nation.
Each month various student connects will be hosted by Ministry School ENSA represented by the specific track Dean. Students will sign into the web-based conference or telephone call and receive input and impartation from an “expert.” Opportunity is provided to share questions and the goal of the student connect is to offer additional enrichment and impartation on the month’s module.
The entire year of training is framed by various intensives according to the track throughout the year. The intensives provide a powerful opportunity for highly interactive, classroom-style input. The lecturers chosen are gifted experts and current leaders in ministry. Relationships built over this time are invaluable and foster a lifetime in the ministry. The impartation and input over this short time alone is life-changing.

Pierre FerrairaDean: Pastoral Track
The Pastor as a shepherd is the perfect analogy of the job description of this amazing and rewarding ministry. Shepherds hold the flock together and strengthen and grow the local church.
It is our desire to raise Pastors who are well trained and strong in God, with faith and perseverance, to effectively enjoy overseeing, leading and feeding the flock of God well and for the long-term.
The call to pastoral ministry requires the ability to be multi-faceted and multi-skilled. It is training for this essential task that Every Nation Ministry School provides.
The Pastoral Track opens the student up to the vast variety of interesting and exciting topics that will come the Pastor’s way from counselling, to sermon preparation, to conducting funerals, or preparing and prioritising the diary.

Archie van der BylDean: Church Planting
Matthew 28:19-20 exhorts us to go and disciple the nations, to love and obey God. We need church planters to take the Good News into every nation and build Christ-centred, Spirit-empowered, disciple-making churches that will transform society.
God’s heartbeat is to see nations discipled. Our passion to honour God compels us to create a learning environment where you will grow in your conviction to make disciples and raise leaders that will plant churches and campus ministries in the nations.
The Church Plant Track will equip you as a leader with the knowledge, strategy and resources to pioneer and lead a campus or church planting team. You will learn to formulate a biblical philosophy for church planting, cast vision, recruit and train your core team, integrate Ten Day Missions from the get-go, identify stages of church planting, creating discipleship momentum, and much more.
Expect hands-on learning - both through online assignments in your local setting, but also through exposure to various ministries, preaching, and other practical aspects of leadership that will grow your skills and abilities as a leader.
“And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations…” Matthew 24:14
