A bank has introduced an information system that allows customers to withdrawmoneybymakingarequestontheirmobilephone.Usingthissystem,thecustomerwillbesentatemporarywithdrawalcodeinatextmessageaftermakingawithdrawalrequest.Thewithdrawalcodecan thenbeenteredat anATMfor themoney tobereleased.
Alternatively, the customer can provide the bank with the mobile phone numberof an authorisedperson and thebankwill send a textmessagewith the temporarywithdrawal code to this person. This system can be useful in situations where acustomerhaslosttheircardormaywanttosendmoneytotheirchildrenorrelatives.

The proposed system will have a centralised traffic management system thatwilluseneuralnetwork technology toanalyse trafficdata inorder toprovidesmootherjourneysforcustomerswhohavetochangebusesortrains,orconnectfromonemodeoftransporttoanother.Forexample,ifbusesarerunninglate,some train timetablesmaybeadjusted toallow for theconnection.Alertsondelays,trafficcongestionanddetours,andsuggestionsofalternativerouteswillalsobegeneratedforcustomerstoaccessusingmobiledevices.
The proposed system will have a centralised control system that will usecontrollers,sensorsandactuatorstoregulatetheflowoftrafficacrosstheentiretransport system. Manually controlled gates and timed signal lights will bereplaced.Forexample,sensorswillbeactivatedwhenacarapproachesasetoftrafficlights,andthecontrollerwilldirectthelightstoallowthecartopassifthereisnoothertraffic,orstopthecarifthereistraffic.
