FYI: For reporting purposes, the word “Association” and in our
case, “Network” are synonymous.

•User IDs and passwords are printed on your personalized ACP.
•SBTC Churches can enter information at http://sbds.lifeway.com.
SBC ID number and password required
•BGCT Churches can enter information at www.texasbaptists.org,
click on Church Resources and click on Annual Church Profile. User
name and password both require the BGCT ID#. Allow time to
completely enter data as form does not allow for saving data before
submitting.
•If you enter the information yourself, I still need you to send me the
completed ACP form.
•Keep a copy of the completed form and return the original to the
Network office by September 20. Include a note to me stating whether
or not you entered the information and what web site you used.
•Make sure the pastor and/or other designated leadership reviews the
form before you return it or post the information on a web site.
The next slides will give you detailed instructions
on how to complete the ACP. I have included a
picture of both forms but since they are so similar I
will be using a copy of the BGCT form for training
purposes.

The first section should already be filled
in.
Look over it carefully to make sure that
all information is correct and fill in any
blanks when possible.
The next section title is Member
Information.
• Total Members includes both resident
members and non-resident members.
DO NOT include persons who are
members of any church-type missions
which your church is sponsoring.
•Resident members are those who live
close enough to your congregation to
attend.
•Total Baptisms is the total of 2a-2d.
Please make sure to answer 2a-2d as
well as 2.
• Other Additions are those who became
members of your congregation by ways
other than baptism (letter of transfer,
statement, etc.)
•Weekly Worship Attendance is the
average number in the weekly worship
service (s). If your church does not keep
track of this then you may use the
attendance for the last Sunday of the
2012-2013 reporting year.

•Total Enrollment – Total number of
persons enrolled in ongoing Bible
Study/Sunday School/Small Groups.

– Average number attending Bible Study

reporting year. Include all ages from
babies to adults but not counting anyone
twice. Missions
VBS Enrollment – Number enrolled in
Vacation Bible School for your
congregation.
Total Mission Project Participation – Total
number of persons (males & female) in
your congregation who participated in
mission projects (such as World
Changers, Disaster Relief, Baptist
Builders, Acteen Activators, Volunteer
Connection, construction, church
planting, evangelism, Bible clubs,
surveys, etc.) Persons may be counted
for each mission project in which they
particpated. (Should be a total of lines 7a-

•Missions Education/Total WMU– Total
number of persons participating in WMU
including Missions Friends, GA’s,
Acteens and Women on Mission.
•Missions Education/Total Men and

Men.

Financial Information
(Round up to Whole Dollars)
•Undesignated Receipts/ Giving/Gifts–
Total amount of all undesignated gifts
given by individuals. Undesignated
receipts are gifts which the congregation
decides how the money will be spent (by
its budget or other means). This includes
regular budget offerings and monies
from the offering.
•Total Receipts Giving/Gifts– Total
amount of all money received by the
congregation. This amoung should be
the total of undesignated gifts,
designated gifts, and other receipts (may
include income from rentals, day school
or kindergarten fees, savings, pastoral
aid, parking fees, etc.)
•Cooperative Program Giving - Total
amount of all money given through the
Cooperative Program during the 2012-
2013 reporting year.
•Annie Armstrong Easter Offering – Total
amount of money given during the 2012-
2013 reporting year to Annie Armstrong
Easter Offering for North American
Missions.

Churches •Lottie Moon Christmas Offering – Total amount of
money given during the 2012-2013 reporting year
to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for
International Missions
•Great Commission Giving – Total amount of all
money given to all Southern Baptist mission
causes by the congregation. This includes monies
given to: Cooperative Program, Annie Armstrong,
and Lottie Moon PLUS monies given to
associations, state conventions, (such as a state
missions offering) and any other Southern Baptist
mission cause.
•Total Missions Expenditures/Giving- Total amount
of all money given to Southern Baptist AND NON-
Southern Baptist mission causes by the
congregation. This includes Great Commission
Giving PLUS any additional monies given for non-
Southern Baptist mission causes. (Item 15 should
be equal to or larger than Item 14).
•Total Given to Associational Missions– Total
amount of all money given to your local
Association (or Network) for missions during the
2012-2013 reporting year.
•Mary Hill Davis State Missions Offering - Total
amount of money given during the 2012-2013
reporting year to the Mary Hill Davis Offering for
Texas State Missions.

•Messengers to the Network are messengers to
the Annual Meeting, NOT the Executive Board

Reminder notes:
On both web sites, check your date BEFORE you hit submit
On the SBDS website you can stop and start but you must hit “save” at
the bottom of the screen first
On the BGCT website you must enter all data in one setting. Allow time
for this. Check data before hitting submit. Check the box to have a
printed report sent to you.
The ACP, Church Leadership Profile, and Historical form are combined
into one submission on the BGCT website.
The ACP and Church Leadership Profile are two different tabs on the
SBDS website. The Historical form is not available on the SBDS website.
If you find keeping up with the required data throughout the year difficult,
I recommend you use the “Church Vital Signs Log” which can be
downloaded at www.texasbaptists.org/church-resources/demographics-
church-statistic .
NOTE: The deadline to submit the ACP is September 20!
