Study the candidate's names that appear on the candidate list. Next to each candidate is a number. 2. An Official Ballot card is enclosed and has numbered ovals on it. 3. Using a #2 pencil, completely darken and fill in the oval on the ballot card containing the number corresponding to each candidate of your choice. 4. Slip your voted ballot card inside the white secrecy folder. 5. Put your white secrecy folder inside the return envelope. 6. Sign your name and write the date on the outside of the return envelope. 7. Mail or deliver your sealed envelope to the Clerk's Office. 8. Feel free to throwaway your candidate list after you've finished using it. Please do not mail it back to the Clerk's Office. Only votes that have been marked on the ballot card can be counted.     Absentee Voting Instructions

    1. Study the candidate's names that appear on the candidate list. Next to each candidate is a number.
