Sign your name and write the date on the outside of the return envelope. 7. Mail or deliver your sealed envelope to the Clerk's Office. 8. Feel free to throwaway your candidate list after you've finished using it. Please do not mail it back to the Clerk's Office. Only votes that have been marked on the ballot card can be counted.
