Quest is the Director of the Emory Palliative Care Center for Emory’s Woodruff Health Sciences Center (WHSC) and leads the Center in the development of national and internationally recog- nized clinical, education and research initiatives. Her active research interests include palliative care quality and assessment, spirituality and faith and their role in complex decision making as well as cancer symptom assessment and management in the emer- gency setting. Dr. Quest is an Associate Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine, and Division of Geriatrics and Gerontology at the Emory University School of Medicine and board certified in both Hospice and Pal- liative Medicine and Emergency Medicine and main- tains both practices. MARK ROSENBERG, President and CEO Task Force for Global Health "The Task Force for Global Health: Mobilizing Partnerships for Impact" Mark Rosenberg, M.D., M.P.P., is president and chief executive officer of The Task Force for Global Health in Decatur. As the fourth largest philanthropic organization in the United States, The Task Force works to improve health and wellbeing for the most vulnerable people in the developing world. The Task Force’s seven programs focus on controlling and eliminating neglected tropical diseases (river blind- ness, blinding trachoma, elephantiasis, and intestinal worms); providing greater access to vaccines for polio, influenza, cholera, and other deadly diseases; and strengthening the capacity of health systems to respond to disease outbreaks and use health information more effectively. The Task Force works in 135 countries and is supported by a diverse portfolio of funders that in- cludes pharmaceutical companies, foundations, govern- mental and non-governmental organizations. In 2015, the Metro Atlanta Chamber recognized The Task Force with a Global Impact Award. Dr. Rosenberg is a member of several non-profit organ- izations and academic institutions. He is board-certified in both psychiatry and neurology and internal medicine with training in public policy. He is married to Jill Ros- enberg, and has two children and two grandchildren.
