INTRODUCTION construction companies are facing today. Delays will
result in several negative effects like lawsuits
between house owners and contractors, exaggerated
prices Delays are unique one in every of the largest
issues, loss of productivity and revenue, and contract
termination.
Schedule delay is a commonly occurring in
construction projects. In this study identification &analysis of delays in construction projects. Conduct
schedule delay analysis & reschedule to overcome
delay.
