This corporate profile was outsourced to an external agency in 2010 at significant cost. Very product and
data centric brochures.
The branding was outsourced to an external agency in 2011 however was very poorly applied by both the
agency and the internal marketing department creating ‘many moments of truth’ in brand architecture.
The company had 45 websites, through 5 domain providers with no coherent strategy for ecommerce,
data aggregation, communication, customer experience or information management. The primary websites
(domestic and international) were based on Joomla CMS technology, non-responsive and a dumping
ground for out of date information. There were 6 CMS systems in play at any given time, adding to the
burden of administration and upkeep. Google had blacklisted Ecotech from SEM/SEO participation.
Iranian Government blacklisted Ecotech and their Iranian Distributor from market participation.

through infographics. Focus also included humanising technology with an objective on developing improved
relationships with external and internal customers. Data aggregation, cleansing, eDM incorporation for internal and
external customers. Google SEM/SEO relationship restored. Marketing automation included in digital strategy.
