• 1989-MN Statute 383C.725 raised the St. Louis County recording fee to $15.00
• $5.00 per doc./Equipment Fund
• 1991-Recording fee raised to $15.00 statewide
• 1992-State added a $2.00 surcharge $1.60/state & .40 retained by counties
