Five SSCE credit passes including English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any other two relevant subjects. For NBC holders, the
other two relevant subjectscould be from any of Accounting, Principles of Accounts, Commerce, Office Practice and Secretarial Duties.

DIRECT ENTRY
(i) ABU accepts (a) NCE with passes at merit level in relevant
subjects.
(b) Two 'A' level passes in Accounting or Economics and any one other subject.
(c) Foundation of professional examination such as ICAN, ACCA, ICMA.
(iii) COOUaccepts ND/HND LOWER CREDIT or equivalent in relevant disciplines.
(iv) BIU, ADSU, UNIZIK, ABSU, MADONNA and COOU accept ND/NCE in the relevant fields. UNIZIK and ABSU also accept HND. UNIZIK and COOU accept ND/HND with at least a lower credit pass.
(v) RSUST accepts holders of the following qualifications for year II:-
(a) ND (Upper) in relevant fields or a Degree/HND not relevant to the field for admissions to 200 level;
(b) A Degree/HND relevant to the field for admissions to 300 level;
(vi) IMSU and PHC - No Direct Entry. (vii) UMUDIKE, ABSU and DELSU accept holders
of the following qualifications:- (a) Complete pass in the Intermediate ICAN
Examination or equivalents; and (b) Pass in final exams of the Chartered Institute

DIRECT ENTRY UTME
(xiv) ABU accepts two ‘A’ level/IJMB passes one of
which must include Government/History and
Economics.
(xv) ILORIN accepts ND in Public Administration; or Local Government Studies with minimum of Upper Credit and HND lower credit OR Advanced Diploma in Public Administration with minimum of Upper Credit from Accredited Tertiary Institutions in addition to meeting UTME requirements.
UTME:
(i) UNIZIK, COOU and ESUTECH require ‘O’ level
credits to include Mathematics. (ii) ABU does not accept a combination of Local
Languages and Religious Knowledge. (iii) BSU, ABUJA and UNN require at least a pass in
Mathematics. (iv) EBSU – Same as in Accountancy. (v) NASARAWA accepts two 'A' level or IJMB passes
chosen from Accounts, Business Management, Government and Statistics; NCE Government or ND Public Administration with at least lower credit.
(vi) UNN requires minimum entry requirement plus credit level pass in English Language, Government or History and Mathematics at SSCE or GCE O' level.
(v) OAU requires five credit passes in English Language, Mathematics and any 3 of Economics, Government/History and Geography at not more than 2 sittings.
(vi) BENIN requires five credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics, Economics/Commerce,, Government/History and any other two Social Science subjects at not more than 2 sittings.

other Arts or Social Science subject. Geography is not acceptable.
(ii) EBSU requires Economics and any other Social Science subjects.
(iii) AAUA accepts any three Arts or Social Science subjects.
(iv) OAU requires English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any of Government, History, and Geography.
(v) SALEM requires Government, Economics and any Social Science subject.
(vi) BENIN requires Government/History, one Social Science subject and any other subject.
