Steps of development foreseen

2 scénarii  :10 GWh/j (35 000 m3/h)

• 15 km DN300, to connect to the regional network in France• Delivery and metering station in Luxembourg

45 GWh/j (160 000 m3/h)• 45 km DN500, to connect to the national network in France• Delivery and metering station in Luxembourg

Network reinforcements are required 

Expected delivery time for developed capacities : around 4 yearsStudies to validate the different steps are in progress

Assessment of market needs through an open season processFull coordination of the 2 TSOs involved inspired by the “France-Spain model”

Promotion through the NW-GRI platform (IG September, 21st and SG November, 26th)

To work with all involved stakeholders (TSO, Regulators, Ministries, shippers)

NW-GRI: September 21st first communication within the GRIPreparation of OS documents (Information Memorandum) and contracts between the 2 TSOsLaunch of the Non-binding phase: GRI Stakeholder Group meeting November 26th (if all necessary information is available)Expected launch of the Binding phase: feb-march 2011; end by mid-2011

Final Information Memorandum, Allocation Rules and Booking contracts to be written before the launching dateShippers meetings
