TOPIC OUTLINE :
PRELUDE TO THE COURSE
Br. Mutien was not only an effective teacher of the subjects music and art, which was at the time an important feature of the curriculum, a vigilant prefect in the school yard, and a catechist
in the nearby parish, but a tremendous influence on the students by his patience and evident piety. He was known to spend whatever time he could before the tabernacle or at the grotto of Our Lady. Among the Brothers, it was said that he had never been seen violating even the smallest points in their Rule.

COMMITMENT IS…
It is voluntarily placing oneself into God’s hands, totally and unreservedly.
It is an act of obedience which springs forth from the human will. We actually give ourselves over to God.
COMMITMENT
Have you made this commitment to God? Have you ever told God, “Father, I am yours. You have redeemed me from sin by Your grace through Christ. I now commit my life to You unreservedly, for I want Your will more than anything else.
CHRISTIANCOMMITMENT
Christianity has its doctrines and code of ethics, but basically being a Christian means living in a relationship with the risen Lord.
To grow in the relationship we must continue to exercise trust and obedience.
CHRISTIANCOMMITMENT
Jesus said, "If any of you want to be my followers, you must forget about yourself. You must take up your cross each day and follow me" (Luke 9:23)
