Reissuance Background

Federal regulations: NPDES Permits cant be issued for more than 5 years

Current Permit expires Jan 1, 2015

Federal regulations: Facilities must re-apply 180 days before expiration Ecology sent instructions in May Electronic Applications Due date: July 5, 2014
