A key person in the XI century as the first governor of Coimbra, D. Sesnando has no known painting / image

available.Not much is known about him either besides what he did for the fortification, empowerment and peace of

the area around Mondego River building and/or preserving several castles and town walls.D. Sesnando is buried in Sé Velha, Coimbra.
