From Gov Agencies to Community:– Share knowledge and information on DB algorithm applications and
processing systems through formal and informal discussions – Convey science data continuity through DB missions
– Provide a roadmap for DB science algorithm development and availability
From Community to Gov Agencies:– To qualitatively and quantitatively assess access and use of EOS
direct broadcast data world-wide
– Assess utility of DB data for the decision–making infrastructure
– Identify and understand the impediments to access, processing and utility of EOS DB data
