Prior to carrying out any building demolition) detailed building appraisal by means o! surveys andappropriate assessments s-all be re'uired. 6n general) t-e surveys s-all include a BuildingSurvey) a Structural Survey and a Dilapidation Survey ,it- p-otograp-s or videos ta+en !or !uturere!erence.
