responsive to change that results in some improvement to its position.

조직의 민첩성은 유연성, 적응성, 변화에대한 대응성에 대한 조직의 능력이며, 그것은 무엇인가 향상된 결과이다.

Agility refers to the extent to which an organization is “change-ready.” The key to effective agility is knowing when to

bend, when to swerve and when to hold your ground.

민첩성은 조직이 변화에 대하 준비가 어느정도인가를 나타낸다. 효과적 민첩성의핵심은 방향을 틀거나, 급하게 방향을바꾸거나 입장을 견지할 때 알 수 있다.

change capability. This can lead to better use of resources, avoidance of lost time and

financial savings.
