Hysteroscopy
2.7mm OD mini-telescopy, 105 degree, 3/5mm OD diagnostic sheath.
Ultra-low pressure: simple drop form a NS bag suspended 0.5M above the patient.
Intrauterine pressure : 40mm Hg.

Conclusion
3D ultrasound and 3D power Doppler have been proposed to improve the specificity in suspected stromal cervical invasion.
Exclusion of cervical canal involvement: hysterospcy. Predicting cervical involvement: MRI. In presurgical work-up of patients affected by
endometrial carcinoma hysteroscopy and MRI may both be useful for staging and planning the correct surgical strategy.
